About The Position

Are you someone who enjoys coordinating people, solving problems, and working in an industrial environment? We're looking for a mechanically inclined professional to join a growing team in a unique role that combines service coordination with predictive maintenance support. This is a full-time, first-shift, direct hire position.

Requirements

Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, field service, or similar environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial equipment
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desire to learn new technical skills and grow professionally
Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10% overnight travel)

Nice To Haves

Predictive maintenance experience is not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate daily service activities for a team of field technicians
Communicate with customers regarding service requests, timelines, and work status
Prepare quotes and service estimates
Process invoicing and maintain accurate service records
Help prioritize incoming work and manage scheduling conflicts
Support department operations to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
Assist with predictive maintenance programs and customer projects
Learn vibration analysis and condition monitoring techniques
Coordinate maintenance activities with technicians and customers
Review equipment data and support efforts to identify potential equipment failures before they occur
Transition into hands-on predictive maintenance work as experience grows
