About The Position

Byrider is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Service Department. This role is ideal for individuals with any customer service experience. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for greeting customers, managing phone calls, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, completing repair orders, and assisting the Service Manager.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Able to pass a background check
