About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Purchasing (Service) Coordinator to join our team in Bolton, MS. This role is essential to keeping our field operations running smoothly by ensuring technicians have the materials they need, when they need them. You’ll work closely with service technicians, vendors, and internal teams to manage purchasing requests, track inventory, and support small project quoting.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of experience in the HVAC or mechanical services industry, or relevant technical education
  • Familiarity with parts, equipment, or purchasing processes in a service-based environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for technicians and vendors regarding purchase order requests
  • Process and manage daily purchasing needs for service and maintenance operations
  • Order and track stock materials, including parts and refrigerant, while maintaining accurate monthly inventory records
  • Assist with preparing repair quotes for projects under $2,500
  • Help ensure timely delivery of materials to support field productivity
  • Maintain organized records and uphold company confidentiality standards
