About The Position

The Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that clients or customers receive efficient and timely services. Serve as a bridge between clients and the organization, ensuring that services are delivered as promised and that client needs are met.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Service Coordinator, or similar role required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, or similar programs.
  • Ability to build relationships and interact positively with employees, management staff and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stress effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to identify issues, address them and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to maintain compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and handle them with professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of conversations, data records, files, and other vital information.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines.
  • Strong planning, multitasking, time management and customer service skills are critical.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations.
  • Remains current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and schedules service appointments, installations, and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinates and manages service requests from clients or customers.
  • Assists with or performs administrative tasks. Manages and updates invoices, processes new orders, and tracks inventory.
  • Schedules and assign tasks to service technicians based on urgency and priority.
  • Maintains a detailed record of all service requests, schedules, and outcomes.
  • Communicates with clients or customers to ensure satisfaction and get feedback.
  • Resolves any service-related issues or complaints. Escalates to appropriate manager when necessary.
  • Audits work and customer service to ensure the company's standards and goals are met.
  • Collaborates with other departments or teams to streamline service delivery.
  • Provides regular updates and reports to management about service metrics, challenges, and solutions.
  • Assists with the training and onboarding of new service members and provides guidance and support.
  • Complies with local, state, and federal laws and regulation.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to improve service delivery.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Operates with the highest level of conduct, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures.
