About The Position

Join our Developmental Services Division as a Service Coordinator and become a catalyst for positive change in the lives of individuals! We are in search of a dedicated team player brimming with enthusiasm and creativity. As a Service Coordinator, your role will be offering comprehensive case management support to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder. We work with individuals spanning from 18 years of age throughout their lifetime, each with a diverse range of interests, capabilities, and needs, while delivering comprehensive wraparound assistance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent combination of related education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Offering comprehensive case management support to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder.
