About The Position

DiaMedical USA is a fast-growing medical equipment distributor located in Farmington Hills, MI. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, quoting, and overseeing on-site installation and repair of medical and simulated medical equipment. They will work closely with DiaMedical account managers, contracted biomedical technicians, office staff, and customers to ensure DiaMedical provides seamless installation & service. This position also works closely with both the White Glove and SimRig installation teams to manage schedules and communicate with customers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous customer service and project scheduling experience required.
• Excellent organization and scheduling skills.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Effective verbal and listening skills to provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to multitask at a high level.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum Associates degree in Business or a related field and 3 years of related experience or equivalent of 3 years combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real time report with multiple projects and installation dates to ensure timely completion on client requested projects.
• Ensure all logistics, travel accommodations, scheduling and details are outlined and followed by technicians.
• Closely monitor product shipments and delivery dates.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products for scheduling of installation appointments.
• Provide outstanding customer service to our clients with a focus on instructional medical equipment installation.
• Respond to customer inquiries through various support routes, including inbound and outbound calls and emails.
• Manage technical pre- and post-sales support calls, from initial contact to issue resolution.
• Travel onsite to oversee large installation projects for key accounts.
• Assist with customer service when needed, including data entry, logistics, and customer support.
