This role focuses on the paperwork and systems side of repair work, including estimate review, service billing, CenterPoint maintenance, and customer scorecards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in systems and software, and able to follow established protocols. Roofing knowledge is helpful but not required.
