The Social Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the well-being of our residents by identifying their needs and coordinating appropriate services. This position focuses on building strong relationships with community service providers, developing health and wellness programs, and advocating for residents to help enhance their quality of life and maintain independence. There is an immediate opening for opening for a Service Coordinator working 32 hours a week, split between two buildings. 24 hours at Broadwood Terrace, an older adult independent living community & 8 hours at Paloma Terrace, a family community located in Los Angeles, CA.
