About The Position

PacifiCorp is seeking customer-centric candidates to grow and sustain our commitment to a culture of customer service excellence, environmental sustainability, inclusion and belonging. As a Service Coordinator, you will support Power Delivery, Transmission and Distribution operations. You will be the primary person responsible for assisting walk in customers. Training will include Customer Guarantees, Gatekeeping, Contracts, backup for other service coordinators, etc. Other responsibilities may include data entry, managing mail, payroll and other tasks as assigned. Will be trained to use specific Company applications as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or proof of GED equivalent.
• Successful in passing clerical aptitude assessment with at least a score of 80% as well as typing 30 WPM.
• Three years general office or two years Administrative Assistant experience.
• Two years Customer Service experience.
• Strong telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
• Detail oriented but with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in MS Word, EXCEL, Outlook and Windows 2000.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Three to five years experience in a Utility Field Operations environment
• Familiarity with CSS System as well as SAP
• Two or more years experience as a Group or Administrative Assistant
• Service Coordinator Progression Program completion.
