About The Position

HiFyve is hiring a Service Coordinator for a well-established company in the heavy equipment and construction equipment industry in Cedar Rapids, IA. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting service technicians, daily operations, scheduling, and customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, or similar service-based industry
• Background in service dispatch, product support, parts, technical, or supervisory roles
• Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate service technicians and daily service operations
• Make real-time decisions to keep service work moving efficiently
• Schedule workloads and prioritize urgent service needs
• Communicate with customers, technicians, and leadership teams
• Support quality, safety, and on-time service delivery
