About The Position

The Service Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks within the Service Department, including managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, documenting and organizing customer reservations, and maintaining all service records. This role requires the ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities effectively. The position also includes general receptionist duties such as cashiering and filing. Requirements

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

Responsibilities

  • Answer large volume of inbound and outbound calls for the Service Department
  • Document and organize reservations of Service Department customers
  • File, organize, and maintain all service records
  • Multi-task and handle more than one task at a time
  • Perform receptionist responsibilities including cashiering
