Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments with clients and service technicians.
  • Act as the point of contact for service-related inquiries via phone and email.
  • Identify service gaps and issues, making informed decisions quickly, adapting to changing situations, find practical solutions, de-escalate frustrated clients, balance customer needs with company policy, resolve issues.
  • Prioritize tasks and managing multiple cases, meeting deadlines, following up consistently, attention to detail, record keeping and documentation management.
  • Timely, proactive, and consistent responsiveness.
  • Clear communication, active listening, effective listening, accurate communication, calm communication, polite, positive, impactful, confident, respectful communication.
