About The Position

Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) is seeking an Early Intervention Service Coordinator to be located in the Woodland Office. This role will manage cases anywhere in the area and provide case management and advocacy for children from birth to three years of age who have a developmental delay, established risk condition, or are at high risk of having a developmental disability. The position involves conducting psychosocial and developmental screening assessments in the home, developing individual family service plans (IFSP) with families and collaborative agencies, coordinating services for infants and their families, determining ongoing eligibility of clients at age 3, completing all required documentation, rotating officer-of-the-day duties, assisting co-workers, and providing emergency on-call services when required.

Requirements

  • Master’s or a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Valid California driver’s license and automobile liability insurance

Nice To Haves

  • One year of professional experience in social work or a related field (preferably in the field of developmental disabilities)
  • Spanish speakers preferred

Responsibilities
