Requirements

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and execute service strategies for high-profile building automation clients.
  • Strong communications and customer relationship management skills are a must.
  • Ability to work on mid to long-term projects and still react to unanticipated demands for your time (customer phone calls, dial-ups, etc.).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
  • HVAC and/or mechanical systems experience.
  • Account management and/or project management experience.
  • Financial analysis and Excel skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of products as well as SharePoint and Dynamics.
  • Prior receptionist and/or customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience working in a high-paced, dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • An understanding of HVAC and/or Control systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Schedules Service Technicians and facilitates communications between customers and the Service department’s various groups (Sales, Account Management, and Field Operations Management) to maintain commitments to Service Support Program customers.
  • Ensures customer calls for support are responded to and assists in accounting processes related to parts sales and T&M billings.
  • Answers telephone and emails from customers and Service Engineers and acts as a conduit of communications between the various Service Department groups.
  • Manages Service Support Program planning and execution for service customers.
  • Interfaces with customers to ensure their needs are being met and ATS Rocky Mountain service work is providing recognizable value.
  • Prioritizes and schedules Service Technicians’ monthly, weekly and daily activities.
  • Manages documentation and records for service agreement customers.
  • Plans Preventative Maintenance execution.
  • Reviews Preventative Maintenance visit documentation and discusses with Service Engineer as necessary.
  • Conducts Service execution review meetings with customer.
  • Maintains financial stability of service agreements while meeting customer expectations.
  • Reviews departmental financial reports for Service Agreements on a monthly basis.
  • Meets with management to review financial status of Service Agreements.
