This role is responsible for managing all incoming customer calls, including service dispatching, tracking, and scheduling. The Service Coordinator will also handle call status tracking, call changes, entering new sites, collections, modifying existing sites, and general inquiries. This position may involve providing support and backup for other business areas and handling calls after hours. Key responsibilities include creating and dispatching work orders in iCare, attending planning sessions, reconciling service paperwork, and performing timesheet data entry. The role also involves scheduling Service Agreement work orders, monitoring subcontractor pricing, processing invoices, and managing work order purchase order requests. Additionally, the Service Coordinator procures parts and materials, provides service quotes with supervisor assistance, performs monthly billing, and participates in AR DSO calls to ensure timely collection of open service accounts receivable. Under supervision, this role schedules Preventative Maintenance and Test & Inspect work, ensuring timely communication with customers and subcontractors. It may also involve providing specialists with site access and badging, and performing other duties as assigned.
