Service Contracts and Subscription Operations (SCSO) provides financial and operational support for North American Government & Public Safety Group as well as the Federal Government Markets Division. The Service Contracts and Subscription Operations Analyst is responsible for activating service (Maintenance) contracts, executing contract change requests, and issuing log credit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of Support or Service Contract experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
  • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Experience with Sales Management System (SMS) a plus
  • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets

Responsibilities

  • Activate service contracts, process change requests, and issue sales log credit
  • Understand how to process contracts in Oracle R12 Service Contracts Manager role
  • Validate all required documents are signed by the appropriate parties
  • Obtain all necessary approvals before contracts are activated
  • Manage contract modifications (change requests)
  • Validate revenue recognition and billings in Oracle R12 when needed
  • Understand transaction types and the accounting behind them.
  • Manage Service Cloud cases
  • Work with Greenfield IT on system issues
