Requirements

• Graduation from a standard senior high school or the successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test.
• Coursework or apprentice training in the building or mechanical trade.
• A minimum of three years experience in the maintenance and repair of a variety of building and mechanical equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
