You’ll work closely with our Health & Benefits Producers and service teams to ensure every client receives tailored solutions that align with their goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Must hold appropriate Life & Health licensing as required.
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications.
  • Proficiency in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to person for executive-level clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Guide the service team in executing client strategies and delivering on key priorities.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and provide solutions that enhance their health and welfare plans.
  • Collaborate with producers to develop strategic presentations.
  • Attend client meetings to ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide insights on compliance and benefits trends.
  • Oversee vendor relationships to ensure clients get the best solutions.
  • Support the team with training and guidance to drive success.
  • Help identify new opportunities to expand our services.
