Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive service consulting or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive services, repairs, and maintenance. Familiarity with various makes and models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with guests and provide a high level of service.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with service management software and other relevant computer systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Additional certification in automotive technology or service management is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their service needs, providing clear and accurate information.
- Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Keep guests informed about the status of their vehicle service, including any additional repairs needed.
- Recommend additional services and products that enhance the guest’s experience and vehicle performance.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, vehicle service history, and any special requests.
- Work closely with technicians, parts consultants, and other team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
