Requirements
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor / Consultant experience required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership software.
Nice To Haves
- Mercedes-Benz experience preferred but not required.
- CDK and Xtime experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and schedule service appointments.
- Listen to and document customer concerns accurately.
- Create detailed repair orders and communicate repair needs clearly to technicians.
- Translate customer concerns into standard automotive repair terminology.
- Explain recommended repairs, maintenance services, and vehicle service history.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and completion times.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate parts ordering and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Deliver an exceptional Mercedes-Benz ownership experience that builds long-term customer loyalty.
- Meet dealership performance goals related to customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity.
