About The Position

Enters service data into computer by performing the following duties.

Requirements

  • Highly accurate data entry
  • Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling of homes
  • PFS Reports
  • Home Owner Packets
  • Posting of invoices for service contractors
  • Files any necessary work.
