About The Position
The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Service Clerk to join their dynamic team. The Service Clerk's primary responsibility is to assist the Service Department in all clerical and office functions.
Requirements
- Should possess a High School diploma.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Service Manager, Service Writer, and Service Foreman in all clerical duties.
- Ensures all work orders are completed, billed, and filed within 15 days of being opened or 5 days after being completed.
- Works with the Service Manager and Service Writers to maintain desired GPM set by management.
- Maintains the Service Department's office area in a professional and organized manner.
- Assists with answering phones as needed.
- Performs follow up calls to customers consistently.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
