Requirements

Technology Savvy – PCs, smart phones, tablets, work-related applications, video conferencing and other remote work tools.
Internet & MS Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Able to multi-task and self-prioritize
Reliable, dependable, flexible and punctual
Must be able to act independently and use own judgment regarding how to handle incoming requests and information
Process and relay confidential and critical information with discretion
Demonstrated customer focus and ability to work with staff at all levels

Responsibilities

Answer, filter and prioritize phone calls and emails for the service department.
Take and deliver messages.
Data entry into company's repair and parts system.
Maintain service files.
Input service work orders and close out completed works orders on a timely manner.
Schedule service calls and appointments between clients, retailers, builders, and service technicians.
