Service Certified Banker Regional Coordinator
About The Position
South Central Bank, Inc., is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Full-Time SCB Regional Coordinator in their Hardin County Market. The position of SCB Regional Coordinator is responsible for assisting the SCB Level 4s in providing exceptional customer service to South Central Bank customers and future customers by awareness of all retail products and services, policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for performing a variety of functions in a timely manner related to all phases of customer service, teller servicing new accounts, and daily bank operation. Routinely handles customer questions, inquiries, or problems regarding products, services or accounts. Supervises and assists SCB Level 4s within the market. Performs performance reviews of Level 4s and part time employees as well as employee interviews and termination. Arranges mandatory SCB and staff meetings. Schedules training when necessary. Follows policies and procedures as mandated by SCB and ensures that other employees are doing the same. Maintains Saturday schedules as well as approval and maintenance of vacation schedule. Is available for SCB Level 1-4 assistance with any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent
