About The Position

Eurofins Environment Testing is hiring a full-time Service Center Supervisor in Parsippany, New Jersey. The position is approximately 70% field work collecting water samples and 30% office work. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed. The role pays $23–$26 per hour, depending on experience, and requires living within a commutable distance of Parsippany. The supervisor manages the service center and serves as the liaison between the laboratory and local clients. They oversee the facility and service center personnel, including couriers and samplers, and represent Eurofins professionally with internal and external clients. The role supports a client-first approach and business growth through excellent service, local relationship-building, and assistance with sales and project placement.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Prior supervisory experience.
Experience working directly with customers, serving as a trusted point of contact, resolving concerns, and representing a company professionally.
Valid state-issued driver's license for driving company vehicles.
Clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; samples are carried in coolers packed with ice.
Professional working proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, and speak English.
Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary local client representative for the service center.
Work with the Quality Assurance Manager and Account Executives to evaluate and establish project requirements for the service center area.
Handle client complaints professionally and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
Maintain vehicle maintenance and mileage records and report them monthly.
Supervise service center couriers, schedule pickups and deliveries, prepare bottle orders, and ship samples to the designated laboratory.
Work with laboratory management on laboratory capacity-loading decisions.
Maintain the service center facilities and oversee compliance with Eurofins Environment Testing health, environmental, and safety policies.
Provide general sales support to Account Executives for field-based business development activities.
Order service center supplies, including bottles and coolers.
Maintain knowledge of method requirements, holding times, and bottle requirements to assist clients with project needs.
Maintain knowledge of Eurofins Environment Testing laboratories to help place projects in the laboratory best suited to client needs.
Build local relationships with clients and regulatory agencies.
Visit clients independently or with local sales staff.
Provide courier services as needed to support local client needs.
Supervise a geographically dispersed team.
Collect water samples in the field and perform other duties as assigned.
