About The Position

Prudential Overall Supply is a 90+ year industry leader in uniform and textile rental services. We are hiring a hands-on, results-driven Service Center Manager to lead service center operations, manage driver teams, and drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction at the location level. This role reports to the General Manager and is responsible for daily operations, people leadership, customer relationships, and financial performance of the service center.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of management or supervisory experience
  • 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Ability to train employees, set goals, and manage employee relations
  • Clean driving record and ability to meet company driving requirements
  • Self-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all service center employees, including drivers and service staff
  • Coach and motivate Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) / Customer Service Representatives (CSvRs) to meet performance goals
  • Conduct team meetings, ride-alongs, and route observations to train, evaluate performance, and identify sales opportunities
  • Meet directly with customers to ensure service expectations are consistently met
  • Oversee service center budgets, expenses, and cost controls
  • Run routes as needed and maintain strict safety standards
  • Manage daily check-ins, paperwork, and administrative requirements
  • Ensure operations follow company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as required
