Responsible for all Service Center operations including financial, inventory, logistical and administrative. Setting and obtaining all technical and team goals. Ensures ongoing training and development of technical and support staff. Enforces compliance with all Service / corporate policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel and Outlook knowledge
  • History of training and developing a strong technical team
  • Experienced in KPI’s, data and metric development
  • Ability to present comprehensive data to Regional and Divisional leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple task
  • Extensive background in service and logistics

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing P&L’s to ensure proper revenues and expenditures
  • Hiring and training of all technical and non-technical staff
  • Ensure compliance to service department policies and procedures
  • Sets and obtains team goals
  • Responsible for individual teams reviews
  • Responsible for issue resolution and documentation
  • Ensures effective and efficient operations while reducing cost
  • Coordinates with all departments to ensure cohesiveness in product / shop flows
  • Promotes safety 1st while maintaining a organized and clean facility
