As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting initiatives through project coordination, administrative support, and communication activities. You will have the opportunity to assist with technical documentation, project execution, reporting activities, training and event coordination, and stakeholder communications, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is a contractor and Hybrid opportunity located in Greenwood.

Requirements

  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience supporting projects, programs, or administrative operations.
  • Experience with project documentation, data reporting, scheduling, and coordinating meetings or events.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with technical documentation and administrative support for transformation and government-related projects.
  • Provide project coordination support, including reporting, tracking project activities, and maintaining project records.
  • Coordinate logistics and practical arrangements for training programs, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
  • Support communication activities, including preparing presentations, reports, and project updates.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to management and team members as needed.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and reporting project and operational data.
