About the role: The Service Center Coordinator directs the daily operations of a satellite facility. This includes working with Technical Sales Representatives (TSRs) on business development and coordinating with the laboratory with respect to project management activities, sample receiving, and field services for work coming from the service center. The position requires a combination of client services skills, field operations, and the local market. About you: Establish a working relationship with clients. Work in collaborative efforts with local TSRs on business development. Communicate sampling schedules and project information to the laboratory. Project management functions for specific clients as requested by the laboratory. Communicate client concerns/issues to the laboratory. Keep clients informed of new developments and laboratory services. Coordinate with the field team to collect samples and get them to the laboratory. Courier activities as required. Training of local field team. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or associates degree.
  • Able to speak and hear clearly while communicating with clients and the laboratory.
  • Able to sit and /or stand for 100% of an 8 hour day.
  • Dexterity in hands and fingers to operate computer and other equipment.
  • Must have average vision and able to see to read reports and operate equipment.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
