This is a part-time Service Center Clerk I position. The role involves answering a high volume of telephone calls, checking in drivers, entering delivery manifest data into the computer system, and conducting imaging and scanning of documents such as bills of lading. The clerk will also identify freight bills requiring special delivery instructions, distribute bills of lading, enter data into the dispatch system, and work with driver handhelds. Additionally, the position requires contacting customers to coordinate delivery times and schedule appointments for freight delivery. Regular attendance is required. This role may involve other duties as assigned by management.
