This role is primarily responsible for working in the Service Center and performing direct customer interaction tasks at the window. These tasks include customer relations, check cashing, handling telephone inquiries, selling lottery tickets, selling other Service Center merchandise and services, processing merchandise returns, issuing rain checks, and performing related tasks as required or assigned. The position requires availability for 20-30 hours per week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
