This full-time position involves primary duties in both the lower Service Center and the Cash Office. In the Service Center, the role focuses on direct customer interaction, including customer relations, check cashing, telephone duties, selling lottery tickets and other merchandise/services, handling merchandise returns, and processing rain checks. In the Cash Office, responsibilities shift to office balance tasks such as check management, cash management, cash drawer security, office balancing procedures, store accounting, and tender type and cash to transaction reconciliation.
