About The Position

Sapp Bros is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their growing team at their travel centers. The company emphasizes treating every customer as a guest by providing a clean environment, quality products, and excellent service. As a Service Advisor, you will deliver 5-star customer service by greeting customers, assisting with vehicle inquiries, and writing service tickets. The role operates within a dynamic diesel maintenance shop and is committed to a mission of Blessing and Serving others with a focus on Safety and Professionalism.

Requirements

• Strong typing skills and the ability to work with computer applications.
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to perform basic math and use an adding machine.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year of previous experience in a service advisor or service writer role (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, building lasting relationships.
• Manage the service process, from initial contact to completion.
• Ensure vehicles undergo lock-out/tag-out procedures for safety.
• Assign work orders to skilled technicians and monitor job completion.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Complete work orders and assist with inventory management.
• Support over-the-counter sales and assist with fleet accounts.
• Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag compliance.
