About The Position

The service cashier is a fast-paced and detail oriented role that helps provide a five-star experience for our guests. Arrow Ford is seeking a cashier to join our service team.

Requirements

Available to work some Saturdays.
Friendly demeanor when interacting with coworkers and guests
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
Basic math skills and ability to make change quickly and accurately
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

Experience in high volume/traffic locations as a cashier or teller is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide fast and friendly service for guests paying tickets for service, parts, and Quick Lane
Take all forms of payment including cash, check, credit card, and financing
Close out all tickets including accessories and parts department tickets
Compile morning and end of day reports, balance Repair Order and ticket reports
Answer questions and provide general guidance for guests in the dealership
Serve as back-up service receptionist: answer calls and take messages for service advisors and management
Other duties as assigned
