Requirements
- Must be a team player, dependable, and can provide exceptional customer service.

- Proficient computer skills
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Previous cashier experience preferred
- Previous Automotive experience preferred
- Accounting knowledge is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Receipting monies collected for service repair orders, parts counter tickets, and vehicle sales
- Assist with scheduling and calling customers for service appointments
- Verify service and parts invoices are closed properly with the correct pay codes.
- Guaranteeing checks through the UTA guarantee system following policy guidelines
- Balancing the cash drawer and finalizing the deposit.
- Provide backup coverage for main reception desk
- Organize and file service and accounting files as needed; purge files when necessary.
