About The Position

Due to an increase in business, we are looking to add Full Time and Part Time Service Car Runners to our Service Department at New Brighton Ford. No experience is necessary. We will train the right candidate. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have good Customer Service skills, a clean driving record and like to be around all types of vehicles, this job is for you! We have flexible schedules available.

Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record
Good interpersonal skills
Consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals
Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Positive outlook with a high-energy personality
Applicants must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test.
Interested candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

Transport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner.
Assist passengers in and out of shuttle while keeping a timely shuttle route without delays.
Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel.
Run errands for the dealership as directed.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations.
Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service according to traffic regulations.
Maintain a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point.
Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
