About The Position

The Service BDC Representative plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service by managing inbound and outbound service calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong communication with customers and the service team. This position is key to driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or automotive service environment preferred.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn dealership software.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of related experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound service calls and respond to online inquiries.
  • Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and availability.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up on missed or declined services.
  • Provide customers with information regarding service processes, estimated time frames, and any pre-appointment requirements.
  • Address customer questions and concerns regarding maintenance, repairs, warranties, and costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Assist with service-related marketing campaigns and appointment reminders.
  • Follow up after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage future appointments.
