About The Position

Newport Beach Automotive Group has experienced significant growth in the past years. To support this growth, we are looking to develop a Business Development Center to ease the Sales and Service experiences of our valued guests. The ideal candidate is good under pressure, attentive to detail and has a deep passion for the automotive industry, while providing superior customer service.

Requirements

  • BDC experience is required, (minimum 3 years of experience)
  • Have a general knowledge of the brands and products we represent
  • Be willing to work after- hours for events, as needed
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Responds promptly to all inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Able to work with little supervision
  • Ability to work with multiple Department Managers

Nice To Haves

  • Highline experience preferred
  • Previous experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with clients while receiving feedback on their visits
  • Reach out to guests regarding upcoming needed service
  • Follow-up on recently concluded service appointments
  • Follow-up on previous sales leads
  • Follow up on acquisition leads
  • Acting as a first point of contact for our customers
