Gillman Chevrolet GMC of San Benito is looking for a motivated , customer-focused BDC Agent to join our growing team. This role is critical to our sales success by handling inbound/outbound leads , setting quality appointments , and creating great first time imperssions for our customer over the phone and in person! Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (Phone, text, email)
  • CONFIDENCE on the phone
  • COMFORTABLE making outbound calls
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow processes and scripts
  • Retail, Sales & Customer Service related experience background (Automotive preferred)
  • Computer skilled individual who works well in a very fast pace, team environment
  • High School Graduate preferred
  • Bilingual strongly preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening to include drug screen, MVR and criminal background check

Nice To Haves

  • CRM experience preffered (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound internet, phone, and text leads promptly
  • make outbound follow-up calls,text, and emails to unsold prospects and prior customers
  • Set and Confirm showroom appointments
  • MEET or EXCEED appointment show and set goals
  • provide a professional, friendly customer experience
  • work close with sales staff and sales managers
