Summary of Position A BDC Rep is responsible for following up on unsold showroom traffic leads and appraisals. You would be an integral part of creating valuable, lifelong customer relationships and would directly impact the customer experience at Knudtsen Chevrolet. Continuing product, process, and service specific training would be provided.

Requirements

  • A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
  • Self-motivated and hard-working.
  • Must be comfortable using a multiline phone system.
  • Must be able to multitask and stay organized.
  • Basic computer skills, working ability of Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn database management software.
  • Capacity to learn product knowledge for inventories, advertising programs, etc.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Have a valid driver’s license.
  • Pass a motor vehicle report and possess a safe driving record.
  • Pass a criminal background check, credit check, and drug test.
  • Also subject to random drug testing, reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing, and post-accident testing at the company’s request.

Responsibilities

  • Contacts unsold showroom traffic leads.
  • Reaches out to in-market customers using manifest lists.
  • Work the service drive offering appraisals.
  • Performs other duties assigned.
