About The Position
Frank Leta is seeking an energetic Part-Time Service Business Development Specialist to join their unique and fast-paced Business Development Team. This role serves as a link between the vehicle owner and their vehicle, assisting customers with questions regarding their service plans and contracts, and ensuring their service timelines stay accurate. The company offers an in-house training team dedicated to success, with online and in-store training programs. Frank Leta aims to make every customer a customer for life by continuing to deliver top-notch service and value.
Requirements
- At least one previous role with strong customer service experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to handle inbound and outbound calls
- Team player attitude
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follow-up for service appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone, and email inquiries
- Provide customers with service information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Maintain accurate customer contact information
- Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, cross-functional teams, and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
