About The Position

Walser Automotive Group is seeking an entry-level Service Billing Clerk to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals new to the automotive industry, offering comprehensive training and clear career paths within the service and operations departments. Requirements

• No prior experience required — training provided on systems, processes, and service billing
• A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with phones and computers (or the eagerness to learn quickly)
• Attention to detail and pride in accuracy
• Professional demeanor and appearance (nametag, uniform, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Support the service team by keeping repair orders (ROs) accurate and complete
• Review vehicle and RO information for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure all supporting documentation is attached to repair orders
• Confirm technician documentation is complete, including cause, concern, and correction
• Book tickets after the customer has left and confirm payment has been received
• Process payments through the P2P (Open Invoice) payable system
• Write up and close out pre-delivery vehicles
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery on all internal vehicles
• Keep the Used Vehicle team updated on internal repair orders
• Partner with teammates to ensure customers receive the best possible experience
• Wear safety eyewear in designated areas of the service shop where required
• Perform other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned
