As part of a small team, a portion of duties will include shipment receiving, outbound packaging and shipping, general inventory duties (operations support). This position is part of the NA Service Commercial team located in London, Ontario and is based onsite in London, Ontario. This position follows a 4‑day workweek schedule (7:00am – 5:30pm ET, Tuesday through Friday), offering better work–life balance while maintaining high operational performance. In this role, a typical day will look like: Use established work instructions to provide repair, calibration, certification and preventative maintenance services for all Hach brands equipment. Determine the amount to bill customers within a framework of charges using computerized service systems. Provide input to new product design teams as assigned. Accurate inventory management. Perform receiving function for customer products delivered to the Service Center Package completed instruments. Perform outbound shipping functions Provide assistance to bench and centralized field service inventory functions.
