Requirements
- Previous automotive Service BDC or dealership experience preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Professional and personable attitude
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule service appointments
- Follow up with customers who are due for maintenance
- Handle inbound service calls and appointment requests
- Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows
- Work closely with the Service Advisors and Service department
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules
- Provide a professional, friendly customer experience on every call
