About The Position

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a Service BDC Representative to join our growing dealership team. As the first point of contact for service customers, you'll schedule appointments, respond to inbound inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service through phone, text, and email communication. You'll play a key role in supporting our service department by keeping schedules full, following up with customers, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Requirements

Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Proficient computer and typing skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound service calls, online service requests, and customer inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments
Initiate outbound calls, texts, and emails to remind customers of upcoming appointments and recommended maintenance
Provide friendly, professional customer service while assisting customers with scheduling and service-related questions
Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments and service recommendations
Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM and service scheduling system
Collaborate with service advisors and the service department to maximize appointment scheduling and customer satisfaction
Learn and apply dealership processes, scripts, and customer service best practices to deliver an exceptional customer experience
