About The Position

Toyota of Hollywood is seeking a motivated, persuasive, and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join their Service Center team. This role is the voice and first impression of the Service Department, focusing on driving service business through proactive communication and persuasive follow-up. The ideal candidate thrives on connecting with people, enjoys influencing customer decisions, and takes pride in turning conversations into appointments.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of experience in a call center, BDC, or high-volume customer contact role required (automotive experience preferred)
Proven sales or negotiation ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
Exceptional communication, listening, and persuasion skills
Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
Energetic, upbeat, and professional attitude
Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, polished, and driven to succeed
18 years or older required
All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to customers to schedule and confirm service appointments
Use sales and negotiation techniques to encourage customers to bring their vehicles in for maintenance, recalls, and repairs
Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with a goal-oriented, customer-first mindset
Overcome objections and present the value of timely service and genuine Subaru care
Follow up with previous customers, missed appointments, and declined services to convert opportunities into booked appointments
Collaborate closely with Service Advisors and management to maximize daily shop capacity
Maintain detailed, accurate records and consistently meet or exceed service appointment goals
