About The Position
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service BDC Representative to support our Service Department by handling inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling service appointments, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous customer service, call center, BDC, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive attitude with a strong customer-service focus
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Dealership, CRM, or service scheduling experience is a plus
- Must be available to work varied shifts, including Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, texts, and online service inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointment.
- Conduct outbound calls for maintenance reminders, missed appointments, declined services, and customer retention efforts
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and dealership systems
- Follow up with customers, Service Advisors, and managers regarding service needs and appointments
- Promote dealership service specials and maintenance programs
- Meet appointment-setting and productivity goals
