About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service BDC Representative to support our Service Department by handling inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling service appointments, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a customer-facing role with daily interaction in a professional dealership environment. Requirements

• Previous customer service, call center, BDC, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive attitude with a strong customer-service focus
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Dealership, CRM, or service scheduling experience is a plus
• Must be available to work varied shifts, including Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, texts, and online service inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments
• Conduct outbound calls for maintenance reminders, missed appointments, declined services, and customer retention efforts
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and dealership systems
• Follow up with customers, Service Advisors, and managers regarding service needs and appointments
• Promote dealership service specials and maintenance programs
• Meet appointment-setting and productivity goals
