Honda of Princeton is seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join their growing team. This role involves managing inbound service calls and online inquiries, scheduling and confirming service appointments, and following up with customers regarding maintenance and service recommendations. The representative will maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, assist with appointment reminders and customer retention efforts, and work closely with service advisors and management to provide an exceptional customer experience. Honda of Princeton has served the community for nearly 50 years and is recognized as a Honda President's Award-winning dealership.
