We are expanding our Service Business Development Center (BDC) and looking for energetic, customer-focused professionals who enjoy helping people and delivering exceptional service. Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional and friendly phone presence
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Previous BDC, customer service, receptionist, or call center experience is a plus (but not required!)

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming service department calls promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with scheduling service appointments
  • Answer customer questions regarding service needs, maintenance, and appointment availability
  • Route calls to the appropriate department or team member when needed
  • Communicate with Service Advisors and Management to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer information and appointment notes within our systems
  • Follow up with customers regarding appointment confirmations when necessary
  • Attend weekly team meetings and complete ongoing training
  • Deliver exceptional customer service—every customer, every time
